You agree to provide all information we require when conducting such verification checks. We reserve the right to suspend/restrict your account and withdrawal unless the verification is successful.
10.1 Legitimate profits will be deposited into your account. If you request to withdraw funds from your account, you may be required to produce or otherwise provide documents that we require for investigation. 10.2 If you withdraw more than RMB 22,500 from your account in a single or cumulative manner within a period of thirty (30) days, you must produce a valid identification document. Subject to clause 10.10, we reserve the right to request and/or require any and all further identification, credit and other verification checks on any of your activities at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
10.3 Your card issuing bank allows, your legitimate winnings will be deposited into your credit card or debit card. The recipient of legitimate winnings must be the same person who deposited the funds and placed the bet.
10.4 We reserve the right to cancel all or part of the relevant bets if any individual or group is suspected of fraudulent behavior. We also reserve the right to deduct the relevant account funds.

11.6 If a bonus does not meet the wagering requirements within six months from the date of its first withdrawal (unless otherwise specified in the bonus specific terms and conditions), the bonus will be cancelled and deducted from the account.

13.5 In the event that:
(a) there is any delay in the system and/or related communications of your account, the Website or any other element of the Service and/or,
(b) there is any error in the system and/or related communications of your account, the Website or any other element of the Service and/or;
We will not be responsible for the consequences of delays and/or errors and we reserve the right to void all bets placed in the event of delays and/or errors and take any action we deem appropriate to correct such delays or errors.
13.6 In no event will we be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or expenses, including any disruption or corruption of any equipment or data, resulting from access to, use of or participation in the Service, the Website, the Software and/or the Information.
13.7 We disclaim any and all liability for the services, website, software and information provided by third parties, including but not limited to broadband service providers, telecommunications providers, banks and payment providers, and third parties shall not be liable for any breach or default of any account.
13.8 We, our employees and agents will not be liable for any losses, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, which were not foreseeable at the time of the formation of the contract and which are not due to any breach of contract on our part, loss of business or for any damages suffered by any user in connection with the services, website, software or information, including but not limited to any damages for loss of business, loss of data, loss of profits or contracts, loss of income or revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
13.9 We hereby exclude all liability to you, whether in contract tort, negligence or otherwise.
13.10 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter and for our failure to use reasonable skill and care in providing services to you. 13.13 You acknowledge and agree that all disclaimers and liability in these Terms and Conditions represent an allocation of risks and benefits of the agreement between you and us that is fair and reasonable, taking into account all relevant factors, including but not limited to the information you provide to us.
13.14 In addition to what is set out in these Terms and Conditions, if you have any dispute over the outcome of any bet you place with us, you must submit a written complaint to us including full details of the outcome within one calendar month of the date the relevant outcome was issued. In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome of a trade on your device and our system, you agree to verify the transaction record on our system with our Chief Technical Officer.
